You’ll learn how to quickly determine What’s Important Now?, using a proven crisis decision-making tool. Training includes:
- The four phases of all critical incidents
- Lessons learned from past mass attacks
- Profiles of active assailants
- Physiological and cognitive effects of stress — and how to mitigate them
